We have a wide range of maintenance and support packages, all of which provide unlimited telephone helpdesk and remote access support.
We provide packages from Bronze, Silver Gold and Platinum, which provide from 4 to 12 on site visits to single or multi site organisations per annum.
In addition, we can tailor our support packages to provide full time on site holiday cover, second line support for companies with an existing I.T. department, or you may need a regular scheduled weekly, bi weekly or monthly one day or half day technician on site.
Our packages can include disaster recovery, to ensure that you are back up and running quickly in the event of a major problem, providing peace of mind.
Easy to use - you can log a call with our dedicated direct help desk support advisors - or through our SupportTrack system, which lets you log calls and see the progress on line.
